Yep, I read that brushing your teeth with baking soda and peroxide can actually whiten them by something like three shades. And the kicker? It costs about two bucks! Buy store brand or generic hydrogen peroxide and baking soda, and you're only spending about $2. That's amazing--especially since I can't afford to shell out mad cash for those name brand whitening strips, trays, or polishes.

I tried this and yeah, it totally works. Now, don't blame me if you do this and all of your teeth fall out, but it's pretty amazing. (At least, it's amazing until it gives me mouth cancer in 10 years, or whatever.)
