Tuscaloosa ‘Volunteer Day’ Set for Saturday May 3rd

If you'd like to lend a hand to help clean up our community following the severe weather, this Saturday (May 3rd) is that day, 8:30am - 5:30pm!

The storms that ripped through town Monday night left a mess with trees down and homes damaged.  A few extra hands will go a long way in the recovery! That's why Tuscaloosa "Volunteer Day" has been announced. If you have a few extra hours to spare this weekend, you should definitely consider it.

One more note to pass along: The Tuscaloosa County Volunteer Organizations Active in Disasters (TCVOAD) will meet Friday morning at 9am at Tuscaloosa County EMA, located at 2015 McFarland Blvd.
