TE O.J. Howard Make a One-Handed Catch During Practice [VIDEO]

Alabama fans saw flashes of incredible talent and athleticism out of tight end O.J. Howard during his freshman campaign of 2013, and many people are hoping he'll play a bigger role in the offense this season.

The video above will do nothing but build Howard's reputation as a freak athlete with soft hands. Quarterback Jacob Coker makes the throw over Howard's shoulder and he brings it down with one hand, into his body, and continues up field. It's clear to see how special he could be for Alabama in 2014.
