Paul W. Bryant Museum Reveals a New Artifact
The newest artifact at Bryant Museum is a student ticket from the 1947 Alabama – Tennessee game played at Legion Field in Birmingham.
During the game, right halfback Bill Cadenhead had a great run early in the 3rd quarter, for the only touchdown of the game. Alabama won 10-0 over Tennessee.
Cadenhead was a native of Greenville, Miss and a 3rd team ALL-SEC member in 1948.
See the ticket and other cool exhibits all season long. Museum hours are 9am-4pm Monday thru Sunday with extended hours on home game days.
