Fire Engulfs Porch at Tuscaloosa Pepito’s Sunday Night

A neon sign may have been the cause of a fire that ignited the porch at Pepito's on McFarland Blvd during dinner service.

All patrons were evacuated and no one was injured when the fire started around 6:30pm Sunday night. Luckily, the fire was contained before damaging the restaurant and only effected the porch.

The restaurant will re-open soon.
