Emotional Short Film Shows Soldier Gaining New Appreciation for Life
The horrors of war gets a whole new look in this powerful video.
An Australian soldier is at the center of this short film (NOTE NSFW LANGUAGE), called 'Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense,' which is an Anglo-Norman phrase for "shamed be he who thinks evil of it. In the clip, the soldier tells his mother about what he's learned being stationed overseas and how he has clearly developed gratitude for life by seeing the brutality others must endure.
He even declares, "When I finally get home, I'm going to take the time to live."
