C.J. Mosley Featured in Movie Trailer for ‘300: Rise of an Empire’ [VIDEO]

Alabama football fans know what kind of warrior linebacker C.J. Mosley is on the field, but his reputation reaches far beyond Tuscaloosa. A new movie trailer for 300: Rise of an Empire features Mosley as part of a cross-promotion between the NFL Draft and the upcoming movie on ESPN.

The commercial aired this week on the World Wide Leader and shows the linebacker in a unbranded crimson jersey with his number 32. It would be difficult to argue that the Mobile native isn't the perfect fit for a film featuring a group of men defending its territory against an invading army.

Mosley finished third on Alabama's all-time tackles list with 319 during his career and appears to be projected by all major NFL Mock Drafts as a first-round selection.
