Alabama Rally AgainstcInjustice to Host Solidarity Rally for George Floyd Saturday on The Strip

Alabama Rally Against Injustice is set to host an event in Tuscaloosa this weekend. The advocacy organization has planned a Solidarity Rally for George Floyd Saturday, June 6th. Attendees are asked to meet at the parking lot on The Strip at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow. For more information on the rally, check out its event page on Facebook here.

Alabama Rally Against Injustice also has solidarity rallies planned for 1:30 p.m. tomorrow in Hoover and Montgomery. Their rally in Mountain Brook yesterday (June 4th) was attended by over 500 people.

Tuscaloosa is hosting several rallies this weekend, one of which is set to begin in Government Plaza downtown at 3 p.m. Sunday. The 'Justice for Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and George Floyd' event features local speakers, community leaders, and opportunities for attendees to complete voter registration.
