65 Percent of Tuscaloosa Drivers Don’t Know This Simple Fact
Driving in Tuscaloosa lately feels like some sort of decathlon. There's road work EVERYWHERE, and with population on the rise there are more drivers out and about than ever--but most of those drivers don't know this one simple fact. Do you?
I haven't conducted an official and/or scientific study, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that 65% of Tuscaloosa drivers don't realize this one truth:
TAILGATING THE CAR IN FRONT OF YOU WILL NOT HELP YOU REACH YOUR DESTINATION ANY SOONER.
Did you know? Riding my you-know-what isn't going to make me drive any faster, and your being a super massive huge jerk isn't going to magically negate all traffic lights and laws. And, contrary to what you may believe, you will NOT receive a trophy for arriving at the traffic light .005 seconds ahead of me.
Y'all need to chill. Save the tailgating for the Quad!
