Their raid was assisted by TCSO deputies and the sheriff's department SWAT team, who many residents saw staging near the Taylorville Piggly Wiggly on Highway 69 South Wednesday morning.

Simpson said Jones has been charged with the dissemination of child sexual abuse material after the search and booked in the Tuscaloosa County Jail.

Simpson said a judge will set bond in this case after reviewing the details, but added that the investigation is ongoing, with further charges possible.

Jones' mugshot had not been uploaded by the jail at the time this report was published. It will be added here once available.
