Tuscaloosa’s FOCUS 50+ Hosts ‘Healthy for the Holidays’ Expo

FOCUS 50+ is dedicated to providing safe and efficient services to our community. Adults aged 50 and older in Tuscaloosa County can access transportation, meals, volunteer opportunities, mentoring, recreational activities, and various supportive programs.

During this holiday season, FOCUS 50+ is hosting a free Health and Wellness Expo on Tuesday, December 10, from 9 a.m. until Noon at the Mc Abee Activity Center at 3801 Loop Road in Tuscaloosa.
