Listening Sessions for UA Presidential Search Scheduled
As reported by the Tuscaloosa Thread, The University of Alabama has officially begun the search for the next President. After serving for over a decade, Stuart Bell will conclude his tenure as President later this year.
The UA Presidential Search Advisory Committee will host listening sessions inviting faculty, staff, students, alumni, supporters, and the local community to provide input.
According to the press release, they seek “feedback and comments on the characteristics, qualifications, and credentials they believe are essential for the next president of The University of Alabama.”

Each listening session will take place on Zoom for one hour. Because of licensing limits, attendance is capped at 1,000 participants per session. To attend a listening session, you must register to secure a spot. Click here for registration information.
