War Eagle, but only if you are not a white man?

That's exactly what one employee believes, and he is now suing the school over that fact.

This is a story you don't hear or read every day.

According to AL.com, a man named Henry Moreman is claiming that he was singled out because of his race, age, and sex. The employee is over the age of 40.

The man was hired at Auburn University back in 2018.

Moreman was the manager of maintenance until he was demoted, according to courtlistener.com.

How do you handle that sort of thing? Well, in this case, a lawsuit was filed.

His lawyers say that he was demoted as a manager with a level of authority, and being demoted will hurt his chances of being promoted later in his lifetime.

Moreman claims his demotion involved a 26-year-old worker, who is black, who filed a complaint against him. That employee said that Moreman treated him unfairly because of his age and race.

The lawsuit points out that Moreman did not have the authority to promote or demote the employee who complained about him.

The suit also claims that Auburn University did not interview all of his witnesses or properly obtain his side of the story.

We reached out to Auburn University officials and have not received any response by the publishing deadline for this story.

In one part of the documents filed, the lawsuit claims that Auburn University showed preferential treatment to African-American employees. The suit says that Moreman has suffered damages in the form of being denied promotions and future earnings for five years.

However, the question in this controversial case is simple. The answers, well, it looks like they are BLACK and WHITE.
