5 Guilt-Free Foods Alabama Foodies Will Love
Summer is here and all over the internet people are showing off that figure they've worked so hard to achieve.
That's the reality for people who have been eating healthy and working out consistently. If you're like me, that is NOT the reality and you need a little help getting there. The problem is, you like to eat! Lol!
With so many different fad diets like the Atkins diet, intermittent fasting, and good ole' calorie counting, sometimes it can be overwhelming deciding what to eat.
Lately, I've been on a journey to not only work out consistently, but make smarter choices when it comes to food. It's not that I crawl the internet looking for the best health tips in the world, but on my journey, if I find something that could help others, I share it.

If you're someone who flat out likes to eat, I may have found a way for you to do that and not gain tons of weight.
Check out this list of 5 foods you can eat and practically not gain weight according to Eat This.
