On Tuesday, Alabama adds another big body at wide receiver, Brian Williams Jr., who committed to Alabama during an Instagram live-stream on Tuesday evening.

Williams chose the Crimson Tide over Florida and Penn State.

Williams, a 6-foot-4, 185-pound wide receiver from The First Academy in Orlando, Florida, is ranked as the No. 733 overall prospect in the 2026 recruiting class and the No. 105 overall wide receiver. Williams held offers from several key programs, including Florida, Penn State, Auburn, Georgia, Michigan, and Notre Dame, among others. Williams holds a total of 33 offers, according to 247 Sports. The Crimson Tide offered him on April 17.

Williams took four official visits during the summer visit schedule, starting his trips at Penn State on May 16 before taking three more visits to Florida on May 30, Alabama on June 6, and Kentucky on June 13.

Florida is the only school he has visited more than once, with his first visit to the Gators coming on March 27.

In 2024, as a junior at Lake Mary High School, Williams caught 23 passes for 359 yards and five touchdowns. He is also a track & field athlete, qualifying for state, and was a district champion in the high jump as a junior.
